Open living situation
Living room and kitchen are designed as an open floor plan - as well as a bedroom to be separated. All areas are furnished with attention to details and also equipped with various anti-
quacies. The kitchen is fully equipped for confortable self-
catering, right down to the cling film: stove, microwave,
refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, espresso maker,
toaster, kettle, hand mixer, high-quality cooking utensils, dishes
and glasses are designed for some types of cooking. The
supermarket and bakery are right in the neighborhood
Equipment and service
As a welcome you will find coffee, tea and mineral water in the cupboards as a welcome gift! The living area is equipped with a Smart TV and Blu-Ray player (LED TV is also in the bedroom),
music system, iPhone docking station, a fine selection of CDs,
DVDs, selected books and board games. With the connected
USB cable or via Bluetooth, you can use your laptop or
smartphone etc. Connect directly to the TV or music system
and there is also a printer. And you don't have to do without
sports broadcasts or your favorite series!
The cozy bedroom also offers the
opportunity to retreat with a book in
a pleasant atmosphere or to spend a
TV evening in bed.
The bed has a size of 180 cm x 200 cm and offers a high quality matress. If you come with a baby, I will equip the bedroom with a baby bed. Since there is always a demand: Of course I provide the bed linen free of charge, which means that the beds are
freshly made.

The sofa in the living area can be prepared by me as a single
bed or as a double bed - see photos above.
